Edit any details desired.
Change the Sort Order by selecting a higher or lower number in the Sort Order box.
Changes that you make to a song appear when the Edit Box closes, but use the Reset (blue round button with a circular arrow) icon if a data backlog or web speed problem occurs. The reset button also closees help menus that do not respond on mobile devices.
Preferences (click the Gear icon)
Preferences that you may change are Songs Per Set, Sort By and Songs Per Page.
When songs per set is set to 7, for example, a divider will appear after every 7 songs (You must have at least 8 total songs for a divider to appear).
The default Sort By is Sort Order. Sort Order determines the order in which songs appear on the set list.
It is useful to sort by Title, Artist, Key and Category, at times, especially when your song collection becomes large.
Sorting by Title lists the songs in alphabetical order on the home page.
Alphabetical order allows the user to quickly find a song, or determine if the song is already on the master list.
Sorting songs by Artist, key or category can help with decision making. For example, if a dance song needs to be next on the set list, all songs that are tagged Dance as the first word in the category, will appear in a group. (this is a Grouping feature. A Filter feature will be added in the next version)
Songs Per Page will highlight the number of songs selected, and leave the remainder of songs grayed.
The user may still click and edit grayed songs, and even move them higher in the list so that it will no longer be grayed.
